Brittany Andrews brings creativity, connection, and a genuine love for community to HOME. As HOME’s Marketing Manager for nearly four years, she has become an integral part of the team, helping shape the way the brand is seen, felt, and experienced across Christchurch’s coastal communities.

Raised in the coastal suburbs, Sumner has always been home to Brittany. Living in Sumner with her loyal companion Moss, she remains deeply connected to the lifestyle, energy, and people that make the area so special. Moss has also become something of a mascot for the HOME office — often spotted watching from the window and always very excited when someone pops in for a pat.

With a background in sociology, human resources, and management, Brittany brings a thoughtful understanding of people to everything she does. Her natural flair for storytelling, social media, and creative strategy allows her to spot opportunities that elevate the HOME brand and help the team connect with more people in a genuine and meaningful way.

Behind the scenes, Brittany is often the one helping make things happen. From campaign ideas and content creation to community engagement and brand direction, she brings fresh thinking, strong organisation, and plenty of heart to the office. Her energy, creativity, and warm presence make her a much-loved part of the team.

Surfing is in Brittany’s blood. Having grown up surfing the Sumner breaks with her dad, the ocean is more than just a hobby — it is part of who she is. Brittany and her dad can still often be found out in the waves together, and she competes in every surf competition she can. If she is not out on her board, she is likely sharing her love of the sport by teaching others to surf in Sumner over the summer months.

Outside of work, Brittany makes the most of everything the coast and Canterbury have to offer. Whether she is surfing, fishing, spearfishing, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with Ben and Moss, she is happiest when she is active, connected, and close to the water.

One of Brittany’s proudest achievements is founding a vibrant surf community for women in Canterbury, creating space for confidence, connection, and empowerment. She is now channeling that same passion into launching a sports-based charity to support and uplift local wahine — because for Brittany, it has always been about more than just the waves.
