Mel not only keeps the books in order but also the staff. Never afraid to speak her mind or lend a shoulder when needed, which transpires to her customer service when it comes to our HOME clients.
Having stepped back from her full-time accounts role to devote more time to caring for her two lovely daughters, Mel remains an integral part of our team as an active director in the company. You will often find her popping into the office to check on the team with family in tow.
Mel is a devoted full-time mom to her two beautiful daughters, Alaska and Sienna. She balances her role as a mother with being an active director at HOME, allowing her to dedicate her energy to raising her children. You can often find Alaska & Sienna visiting the office, as their father is none other than our superstar agent, Kieren Gray. Through her daughters, you can see the caring, honest, and playful nature that Mel has passed on. She serves as a wonderful example to other young families and is always there to offer advice and support.
Recognizing the importance of quality family time, Mel seizes every opportunity to whisk her loved ones away to the bach for some well-deserved downtime, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
