Rebekah Stewart has been an integral part of HOME since the very beginning. After previously working with Eddie Spry at another real estate company, Eddie could not think of anyone better to recruit when HOME Christchurch opened its doors in 2020. Starting in office administration and quickly stepping into the role of Office Manager, Rebekah has helped shape the systems, support, and culture behind the business from day one.

Known to many as “Wolly”, her nickname has become so well-loved and widely used that plenty of the HOME team — and even some clients — may need a moment to realise who “Rebekah” is. Warm, organised, and naturally people-focused, she brings care, humour, and structure to the office every day, ensuring the team feels supported and the many moving parts of real estate life continue to run smoothly.

Rebekah’s career began in retail before she made the move into real estate, later spending time in the legal world at one of Christchurch’s top firms. With a strong foundation in business administration, client care, and efficient processes, she brings a practical, calm, and thoughtful approach to everything she does. She loves being part of the support team, working with people, and helping others do their best work.

Proud to be one of the original members of HOME, Rebekah has loved watching the brand grow from its early beginnings into a trusted part of the coastal community. Her commitment, organisation, and genuine care have made her an indispensable part of the team, both behind the scenes and in the day-to-day rhythm of the office.

Outside of work, Rebekah is not only the manager of the HOME office, but often the manager of her friends’ social calendars too. Always planning something and happiest when she has something to look forward to, she is known for bringing people together, often with a spreadsheet, schedule, or carefully organised plan close by.

After building their first HOME together in 2022, Rebekah gained first-hand insight into the excitement, pressure, and challenges faced by first-home buyers. That experience has only deepened her empathy for clients and strengthened the care she brings to her role. For Rebekah, HOME is more than a workplace — it is a team, a community, and something she is incredibly proud to have helped build from the ground up.
